Refund eligibility

Refunds are possible only if no repair or diagnostic work has started within 5 business days after the payment confirmation. Every refund request is assessed case-by-case.

  • Any custom orders, part installations, or specialist labor (e.g. engine rebuilds, ECU tuning) are non-refundable once work has begun or components have been sourced.
  • If a customer is mistakenly charged twice for the same service, a full refund will be issued after internal verification.
  • If MechCore is unable to complete the agreed repair due to internal issues or cancellation from our side, the customer may receive a partial or full refund depending on the progress made.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
