MechCore Usage Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by MechCore — including but not limited to vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, consultation, or performance tuning — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to ensure transparency, safety, and fairness for both parties throughout the service process.
Every vehicle submitted for service must either be owned by the customer or presented on behalf of the legal owner with clear, verifiable, and written consent. We reserve the right to request photo ID, registration documents, or ownership verification before initiating any major diagnostic or repair procedures to prevent unauthorized work and to protect the interests of all parties involved.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of service booking, MechCore may use either original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or high-quality, certified aftermarket equivalents. These parts are chosen based on compatibility, performance reliability, and availability. If a client requires specific brands, OEM-only components, or wishes to supply their own parts, this must be communicated prior to the appointment. Please note: using client-supplied or non-standard components may affect the service warranty and liability coverage for those items.
- MechCore stands behind its workmanship. We offer a limited warranty on both labor and MechCore-installed parts, valid within a specified timeframe and under normal vehicle operation. However, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for damages, breakdowns, or malfunctions resulting from unrelated mechanical problems, existing faults that were not addressed, or known manufacturing defects beyond our control.
- Service timelines provided at the time of appointment scheduling or estimate generation are intended as general guidance only. Our team strives to complete work efficiently and on schedule. However, real-world conditions such as third-party part delivery delays, extreme weather, unexpected damage revealed during inspection, or vehicle complexity may occasionally impact the completion date. In such cases, we commit to keeping you informed with timely updates and will collaborate with you to minimize disruption.
Any attempt to deceive MechCore — including false information regarding vehicle history, mechanical condition, or ownership status — is considered a serious violation of our service agreement. Additionally, any customer who alters, forges, or interferes with our diagnostic reports, service records, or warranty documentation may face service denial, invalidation of any warranty provided, and potential legal consequences under relevant local and national regulations.
By choosing MechCore, you agree to cooperate honestly, follow safety procedures while on-site, and respect our staff’s professional assessments and recommendations. If you have questions about any policy, warranty clause, or service detail, please speak with a service advisor before approving work. Clear communication ensures the best outcome for you and your vehicle.
